Pauline graduated in 1986 with BA and LLB degrees from the University of Auckland. Before joining Jones Fee she worked with one of New Zealand's largest law firms, where she specialised in maritime, admiralty and marine insurance law.

Primary areas of practice

Pauline has developed a substantial practice that covers:

  • Maritime, transportation and marine insurance law (including marine liabilities)

Pauline's work in these areas has led to a close relationship with the FIATA-affiliated Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Federation of New Zealand (of which Jones Fee is a supporting member), and to Pauline becoming the New Zealand representative of Forwarderlaw. (www.forwarderlaw.com)
