Greg Jones - Partner

Greg Jones has extensive experience in general and commercial litigation and is one of New Zealand's foremost specialists in insurance litigation. Greg's experience and his strength of character instil in clients a feeling of confidence that they are in good hands.

Greg Jones holds an LLB from the University of Auckland.

Primary areas of practice

Greg's knowledge of insurance law and experience in acting for underwriters has resulted in him being instructed in respect of significant parts of the major insurance litigation that takes place in New Zealand.

Greg's insurance practice focuses on:

In his general litigation practice Greg deals with contractual and construction based disputes. Because of his experience in directors and officers' insurance, Greg is also instructed to act for directors in litigation relating to the Securities and Commerce Act.
